Job Description

As a UX Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating and effective online content that enhances user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UX content design principles, with a focus on crafting intuitive and user-friendly experiences through well-balanced layouts and finely tuned copy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality online content (microcopy, labels, page body copy, error messages, tooltips, help articles, emails, documents, and announcements)
  • Collaborate with UX and UI designers to create seamless and effortless UX experiences
  • Optimize content performance through rigorous user testing and data validation
  • Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for superior results
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences

We seek someone who is passionate about UX content design, possesses excellent team player skills, and is familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, SEO, taxonomy, and metadata is desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX content design principles and best practices

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, SEO, taxonomy, and metadata
