Java Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Java Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to external clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving complex support issues, mentoring junior team members, developing and enhancing our SRE strategy, and automating manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting applications running on Java, familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate, and basic knowledge of UI and API integration.
