Software Expert Leader

We are seeking a senior-level software professional to lead the design and implementation of software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of software development methodologies and excellent technical leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Software Development Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain software applications.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers to ensure their growth and development.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Java Developer Experience: 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 7 years of experience in Java Enterprise software development.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience working with Java and JVM memory and performance tuning, Spring Framework, commonly used design patterns, strong algorithm knowledge, Groovy scripting, concurrent programming, and Hibernate or equivalent JPA frameworks.
  • Languages: Optional: ReactJS and JavaScript skills.
