IME Lead Job Description

At SkySys, we are seeking a highly skilled IME Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Events and Meetings area (IME) and will play a key role in the delivery of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Have a broad view of the project, encompassing the entire delivery of the client;
  • Manage the IME Brazil team;
  • Demonstrate time flexibility, as events often take place outside business hours;
  • Create plans, also known as "pre-event" plans, to avoid possible failures;
  • Understand the customer's needs according to the event's proposal and number of participants;
  • Possess the talent to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for strategically planning, leading, and producing events using the tools and technologies provided by the client.

Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management;
  • Proficiency with technology and practice in MS Office;
  • Experience in the events area.
