Software Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the reboot of our Landscape systems management solution for Ubuntu.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering and experience in leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a roadmap for the team, collaborating with other engineering and business teams, and ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality software.
Key responsibilities include building and leading a team of engineers, developing talent through coaching and mentoring, setting and managing expectations with stakeholders, and ensuring a healthy, collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements- Experience in software engineering, preferably with Python or Golang
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on software development and engineering principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Practical experience with Linux system administration
