We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and adjusting formulations of inks, varnishes, and primers UV for offset and flexo UV applications.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments to optimize product performance, compatibility, and stability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of experimental results and analysis
  • Providing technical support to internal and external clients, including on-site visits as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Significant experience in UV formulation development, preferably with knowledge of offset and flexography processes
  • Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
