Entry Level Hiring Role

This role is ideal for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, people operations, and administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and performing other clerical tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and coworkers in English, demonstrating strong language skills.

Requirements:
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree.
  • Soft Skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
