About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst to join our Global IT team at Stepan Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and providing expert-level support for SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with functional line and executive personnel to evaluate information and system needs, and implement process improvements to support global finance management activities.
- Global SAP Support: Provide tactical and strategic support functions to meet the needs of the global community, while supporting company goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Assist in implementing strategy, analysis, and measurements to support SAP FI/CO/FSCM processes, and utilize resources to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Work with members of the SAP IT department to ensure that processes are understood, and responsibilities are in place.
- Project Leadership: Lead small projects related to Finance and Controlling, or lead efforts specific to those areas within the context of larger projects with a global scope.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years' experience in SAP with emphasis on FI / CO / FSCM Modules.
- Knowledge of Brazil Fiscal Reporting Obligations.
- SAP FI/CO/FSCM implementation experience, including experience in non-US Geographies (with particular emphasis on Brazil).
- Experience in Data conversion, LSMW, SAP Query, RICEF, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Support projects.
- In-depth understanding of SAP FI/CO/FSCM Configuration, Master Data, and Transaction data used in SAP FI/CO/FSCM modules.
- Good understanding of Bank Communication, Credit and Collections Management, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
- SAP Certified Application Associate.
- Knowledge of / Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
