The ideal candidate will have experience in tax planning, legislation, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax planning and perform simulations for various taxes.
- Analyze tax legislation and monitor changes at federal, state, and municipal levels.
- Assist in responding to tax audits and external audits.
- Develop and implement internal policies and compliance procedures.
- Conduct value chain analysis and translate tax criteria into numerical impacts.
- Support the legal team in preparing administrative defenses and legal briefs for tax cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
- Practical understanding of tax legislation and related obligations.
