Job Overview

As a Business Insight Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to make informed business decisions.

Capture all relevant information and develop dashboards and tools to provide insights, analysis, and training.

Key Initiatives

The team is working to enhance the data-driven culture across various areas/products by delivering local solutions that centralize multiple data sets, providing tools, analysis, and insights to support management processes.

Key challenges include:

  • Partnering with other teams to provide reports, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
  • Enhancing the probability of obtaining new deals using data-driven insights.
  • Implementing best practices while leveraging regional/global solutions.
  • Ensuring data governance adherence.
  • Partnering with sales teams to define strategies and manage pipelines.

Business insight challenges are crucial for business continuity, allowing for risk anticipation and new opportunity identification through correct data usage.

Responsibilities

As a Business Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with product disciplines to develop and implement analytical techniques.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes.
  • Evaluating complex issues with significant impact.
  • Requiring good analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate dynamic material from multiple sources.
  • Implementing performance improvement strategies.
  • Assisting sales managers in building skills to identify client needs and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Providing structured analysis and presentations to senior management.
  • Managing new projects, including data mining, quality, dashboards, reports, tools, and training.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • Complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought.
  • In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Developed diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others.
  • Soft Skills: interpersonal relationships, analytical skills, and tool proficiency.
  • Visualization Tools: Power BI/Tableau (QlikView desirable).
  • Languages: English (advanced), Spanish (intermediate).

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
