Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to drive our quality assurance strategies and procedures.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance initiatives that ensure non-functional requirements for performance are met.
- You should have at least 4 years of experience as a QA analyst.
- Azure services and distributed systems knowledge is also required.
- Experience with performance testing and automated test case development using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc. is essential.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and network performance concepts is necessary.
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, App Insights, Grafana is mandatory.
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript are required.
- Version control and CI/CD integration experience is beneficial.
- SQL Server profiling expertise is also required.
- Automation and agile methodologies (SCRUM) understanding is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, fast-paced learning, and a collaborative mindset are valued.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will plan, analyze, design, develop, execute, and present results and automated test scenarios; maintaining test data is crucial.
- Identify opportunities for automation within software processes, considering non-functional requirements.
- Create and implement performance testing strategy according to the performance needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, development managers, and others on test plans.
- Initiate the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and execution of tests; monitor test progress and results, and check the status of exit criteria for the Performance requirements.
- Automate collection and delivery of test progress and test summary reports.
- Support the selection and implementation of automation tools (JMeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner).
- Introduce suitable metrics for measuring test progress and evaluating the quality of the testing.
