About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to introduce our Dripstop product to the local market, achieve sales and profitability targets, develop sales with new and existing customers, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Dripstop product to local market
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Develop sales both with new and existing customers
  • Build customer long-term relationships and be customer liaison
  • Build product awareness and networks with industry stakeholders
  • Grow customer base and sales volume
  • Provide customers with Commercial (sales trainings) and Technical (claims, applicator installations) support
  • Execute marketing activities
  • Sales forecasting and inventory planning
  • Regular reporting about key activities
  • Actively pursue process and cost optimizations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years in B2B Field Sales and/or Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field is preferred
  • Experience in Building and/or Construction industry is preferred
  • Customer-focused mentality, self-starter with great communication and customer relationship skills
  • Timely follow-up and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingsness to travel up to 50%
  • Advanced English
