Lead Revenue Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to ensure seamless and efficient revenue cycle operations within the organization.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of revenue cycle practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve complex issues.
- Subject matter expert on all knowledge within the Revenue Cycle space
- Collaborate with Team Lead to develop and oversee new hire onboarding materials
- Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyzes and implements procedural change opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
- Serves as key point of contact for other departments on audits and client issues
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
