About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join our team at Poatek, a leading digital product consultancy. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and growing individual product teams across our business, providing guidance on design direction, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide individual designers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and product development.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in design and product development.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful projects.
