Medical Information Role Overview

This is a specialized position that involves providing accurate and timely medical information to customers, both internally and externally. The role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels, including telephone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Providing labeled and unlabeled medical information responses, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting adverse events, product complaints, and other relevant data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logging all inquiries into the designated system.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursing degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
