We are expanding our data engineering capabilities to support a leading healthtech platform in the US. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and build ingestion pipelines for healthcare claim and clinical data using modern data engineering tools.
- Design and build efficient ingestion pipelines for large-scale healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data architecture and integration processes.
- Develop scalable solutions using Spark and Python/Java.
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, debugging, and peer reviews.
- Support data quality validation and deliver clear documentation for internal teams.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, demos) and update progress in project management tools.
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Strong SQL skills and expertise in relational database design.
- Hands-on experience with Spark and cloud environments (AWS).
- Experience with data ingestion tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Python and Java for data processing.
