Quote to Cash Specialist

We are seeking a Quote to Cash Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing orders, assisting the Sales and Partner Organizations, and supporting customer requests for selected enterprise customers in North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Review contracts, process new and add-on software purchases in Salesforce, ensure Software Agreements and Orders meet Revenue Recognition requirements, analyze customer contracts, invoice and deliver documents to clients to ensure timely payment.
  • Sales and Partner Organizations: Work with the Sales and Partner Teams on Quoting and Order Form creation based on Product Offering and Customer Needs, provide timely support about pricing, deal terms, processes, and necessary approvals, invoice and deliver documents to Qlik's Partners to ensure timely payment.
  • Account Management: Serve as a business partner for the account, work with field sales, sales management, and support to build relationships and resolve customer inquiries, address license management requests such as conversions and upgrades to SaaS, maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system, set up payment hubs, complete vendor forms, and collaborate with customers on payment requirements.
  • Reporting: Ensure proper discount allocation and revenue recognition, report accounts at risk to senior management and work with internal teams to resolve issues, review Local Invoice Registration and Delivery in Brazil and Mexico.

Requirements include:

  • BS/BA in Finance/Accounting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
  • Customer service skills and time management skills for urgent requests via phone and email
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (writing, speaking, reading)
