Operations Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient operational workflows that support our operations in Brazil.
- Lead payment processes to freelancers, including automation, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Operate and troubleshoot daily scripts (Python, SQL) powering local operations.
- Support the configuration and automation of client billing and collection reconciliation processes.
- Contribute to global projects focused on automating critical operational processes, ensuring adoption in Brazil and sharing learnings with global teams.
- Collaborate with Global Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure Brazil's needs are reflected in global tooling and roadmaps.
- Maintain and update business rules and decision logic in coordination with Ops and Product stakeholders.
- Track and report on key KPIs via dashboards and drive data-informed improvements.
Requirements:
- Advanced SQL skills for operations and analysis.
- Python experience for running, debugging, and modifying operational scripts.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail in recurring operational workflows.
- Experience working with AI tools such as Google IA Agent and Firebase.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to run and continuously improve key processes.
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across global and local teams.
- Ability to balance execution of local priorities with contribution to global initiatives.
