Quality Assurance and Software Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Software Testing Specialist to join our team.

  • Elaborate, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for manual and automated testing.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and interface testing on corporate systems.
  • Support homologations and acceptance testing with key users.
  • Register and track defects, ensuring traceability and quality in corrections.
  • Utilize test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestLink, Quality Center, Azure DevOps).
  • Create and execute automation scripts with Selenium WebDriver, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress, or equivalents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, proposing adjustments in workflows and testing practices.
  • Act collaboratively in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban), interacting with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience in low-platform environments with a focus on functional and automated testing.
  • Practical experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge in API testing (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured).
  • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
  • Experience in test management and documentation in corporate tools (Jira/Xray, TestLink, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
