Main Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and store products and materials in the warehouse, ensuring accurate allocation of material to its designated stock and verifying information and documents.
  • Move materials using pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, and forklifts to maintain efficient inventory management.
  • Execute stock transactions by posting movement of incoming and outgoing materials in the ERP system to ensure seamless data synchronization.
  • Guarantee access control and security of the Warehouse, preventing unauthorized removal of materials.
  • Separate and move physical material and update the system for delivery to customers according to plan and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory levels by making materials available for trucks as per NFs, ensuring quantities and volumes accurately reflect content.
  • Perform regular material counting following cyclic counting procedure to prevent discrepancies.
  • Participate in cyclical and annual inventory procedures following established protocols.
  • Notify direct supervisors about safety, quality, and delivery concerns.
  • Inform direct supervisors and material planners about excess or lack of material to facilitate effective planning.
  • Identify and report area problems to leaders or improvement suggestion sheets to contribute to employee safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma, with technical degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office software is desirable.
  • Hold a valid Forklift Operator Course certification.
Experience
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in logistics.
