We are seeking a highly skilled Finance System Administrator to join our team at Paycor. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing critical platforms in the quote to cash cycle and other finance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Management: Monitor the health of our finance platforms, including Zuora Billing, Concur, and NetSuite, and ensure continuous stability and continuity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Configuration and Customization: Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of finance applications to meet the evolving needs of the business team.
- Product Catalogue Management: Implement and maintain product catalogue information to ensure accurate pricing and billing of products.
- Internal SME: Serve as an internal subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices, using domain knowledge and prior experience.
- Process Improvement: Drive optimal solutions and demonstrate proactive initiative by identifying potential areas of improvement and proposing projects aimed at optimizing business operations.
- Access Management: Maintain proper system access for user roles, ensuring compliance with the segregation of duties.
- Change Management: Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing, Concur, and NetSuite.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and report on new developments regarding system functionality, customization, and integration.
- Quarterly Reviews: Act as control owner and perform quarterly reviews to ensure access and changes to finance systems are appropriate.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related program.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience with Zuora Billing administration and configuration, including 3rd party integrations in complex environments.
- Skills: Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules, including customers, product catalogue, subscriptions, billing and invoice, payments, and taxes. Knowledge of the billing cycle, including invoicing, invoice templates, payment and payment gateway configuration, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and integration into the ERP system.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail to ensure documentation supporting compliance requirements is complete and accurate.
