We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to lead our efforts in Brazil. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for building and defining Luzia's brand presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian market and consumer behavior, as well as experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and defining Luzia's brand identity and voice in Brazil
  • Crafting compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with the local audience
  • Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including product, marketing, and customer experience
  • Managing public relations and storytelling efforts to build earned media coverage
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brand ideas to life

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian market and consumer behavior
  • Experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Strong creative vision and ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a tech startup or fast-scaling mobile app in Brazil
  • Track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with AI and its applications in consumer technology
