Are you a seasoned professional in CRM operations seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Technologies Lead.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for leading large, remote, global teams across time zones and driving digital marketing strategies that deliver business results. With your expertise in CRM operations and experience working with integration of related systems, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital marketing capabilities.

 

As a Digital Marketing Technologies Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging your analytical skills to measure success and identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to continually improve the user experience, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and anticipate and mitigate key pain points to minimize customer service issues and time to market of new integrations.

  • Lead large, remote, global teams across time zones

  • Leverage expertise in CRM operations to integrate related systems

  • Analyze data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to improve user experience and minimize customer service issues

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology leading large, remote, global teams across time zones
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, specifically with CRM operations
  • Experience working with integration of related systems, including customer data cloud, product information management, digital asset management, product quality conformance, and similar systems
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related field preferred
