We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Head to lead our plant facilities and utilities operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the overall operation of our facilities, ensuring compliance with government regulations, codes, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in managing and maintaining process equipment, utilities, and facilities. They will be responsible for conducting engineering guidance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure reliability and efficiency.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and for developing and implementing cost-effective maintenance and management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise the overall operation of plant facilities and utilities
- Conduct engineering guidance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations, codes, and standards
- Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance and management systems
Requirements:
- Strong background in engineering
- Experience in managing and maintaining process equipment, utilities, and facilities
- Ability to conduct engineering guidance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
