We are seeking a Sustainability Expert to provide high-quality analytical support on due diligence and sustainable finance projects for multinational clients.

  • This role involves reviewing documents and conducting fieldwork as part of assignments.

You will provide technical assistance on transaction projects while collaborating across service lines related to projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in environmental science/engineering or a related discipline/technical degree.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, and EHS due diligence; direct consulting or industry experience involving site investigation, risk assessment, or permitting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and multiple sector experience, including private equity investment, O&G, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and infrastructure.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in both acquisition and vendor due diligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension.
  • An energetic, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Commitment to being responsive to clients' needs and meeting challenging transaction schedules.
  • Passionate interest in working on M&A transactions with a leading service provider and a desire to develop a career as part of our global team.

Additional language skills are valuable, and proficiency in French and/or Spanish is preferred. Knowledge of local Environmental and EHS legislation is required, and international EHS standards are considered a plus.
