The individual in this role is responsible for leading software development teams to develop new and exciting products for our customers, alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages other Software Engineering Managers
  • Leads a software team that develops software using Agile Methodologies
  • Translates strategic goals into operational plans
  • Provides coordination across functional and divisional boundaries

Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent plus 10 years technical experience
  • MS or equivalent plus 5 years technical experience
  • Ph.D. or equivalent plus 4 years technical experience
  • 8 years experience managing software development teams
  • Ability to work in fast paced agile development environment
