We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the creation of engaging, effective training materials. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance knowledge, skills, and performance across various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop adult classroom facilitator-led and self-paced materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
  • Create learning objectives, activities, and content based on top call drivers
  • Develop presentation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques
  • Mentor peers by conducting peer reviews for other Instructional Designers
  • Lead learning initiative projects while driving consistency within the core team members
  • Create onboarding material, a development SharePoint site for content creation, and other supporting documentation for projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
  • Proficient in content development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
