About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geosciences Integrator to join our team at TotalEnergies. This is an exciting opportunity for a geoscience professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in geophysics.



Job Description

  • As a Senior Geosciences Integrator, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in geophysics discipline within the company.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of geophysics into business operations.
  • Your primary focus will be on validation of seismic acquisition and processing programs, seismic interpretation results, and associated geological modeling methodology and workflows.
  • Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, contribute to GSR and subsurface development technical knowledge/experience sharing between assets, and represent the Geophysics discipline during partner presentations and workshops.


About You



  • You hold a BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent in Geophysics or other subsurface-related domain.
  • With a minimum of 10 years of experience in geosciences, including at least 5 years as a senior geophysicist or similar position, you possess a strong understanding of geophysics principles and their application in operational contexts.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A recognized expert in your field, you stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and can apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  • You are comfortable working in multicultural environments and thrive in fast-paced settings where no two days are ever the same.


What We Offer



  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
