As a Backend Software Developer, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions for various products and projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop software using disciplined development processes, adhering to team standards and software best practice guidelines.
  • Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
  • Provide status updates for own scope of work within projects.
  • Actively participate and collaborate in meetings, agile ceremonies, and interaction with other technology groups.
Sphere of Influence:

The successful candidate will have a moderate level of guidance and direction. They will operate within the Immediate project team and engage with cross-functional teams to execute.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into coding.
  • Ability to interpret code and solve problems based on existing good practices and standards.
  • Able to review and understand business, functional, technical and/or project requirements.
  • Able to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Understands the markets we serve, our products and customers along with their needs and priorities.
