Learning Content Specialist

The primary goal of Amazon Logistics is to develop a world-class operation that consistently exceeds customer expectations. We are seeking innovative leaders with a passion for tackling complex challenges, a talent for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position will support UTR programs by designing learning solutions to ensure process quality, drive standards adoption, and provide an exceptional learning experience. As Learning Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating content that supports UTR Operations in various learning approaches, such as e-learning, video, and instructor-led training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning solutions for UTR stakeholders in multiple formats.
  • Implement learning modules and measure learning KPIs using a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create effective learning experiences using Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms and instructional design principles.
  • Support instructor-led training with training content and design learning communication pieces (reports, invites, and announcements).

A day in the life of this role involves collaborating closely with the Learning & Development team to integrate your content seamlessly into our learning management system. You'll monitor learner progress and feedback to continuously optimize the effectiveness of your training solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with L&D Content Creation Tools to develop educational programs and curriculum.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Design System (LDS).
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Operations Background.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Certifications in Instructional Design.
