About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Specialist to join our dynamic team at B. Braun Group. As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events that make a significant impact on our business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless event execution and providing vital support to both internal communications and Aesculap Academy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event plans from brief to post-event analysis, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, booking catering, and vendor management.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate event logistics, including onsite support and material distribution.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote events through marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives.
  • Webinar and Seminar Coordination: Facilitate the efficient running of Aesculap Academy webinars and seminars for medical professionals.
  • Internal Communication Support: Support internal communication efforts by distributing newsletters, maintaining the intranet, and creating SharePoint pages.
  • Marketing Support: Provide marketing support for asset management, sample distribution, and trade shows.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the success of each event.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Several years' experience in event coordination and management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud being highly regarded.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Previous experience in the medical industry being desirable.
