- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure agreements meet business needs.
- Draft and Negotiate Corporate Legal Documents
- Prepare corporate legal documents and amendments for the Banco Société Générale Brasil S.A. group in Brazil, including by-laws, minutes of board and director meetings, election of directors, power of attorney, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and report on new legislation and regulations relevant to the business of Banco Société Générale Brasil S.A.
- Provide general legal advice on regulatory, corporate, and litigation matters.
- Education
- Brazilian Law degree.
- Experience
- Prior experience as in-house counsel in financial institutions, companies, or law firms.
- Language Skills
- Fluent English.
