We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of engineers, overseeing the development process, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Job Description:
- Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and develop an engineering roadmap
- Develop and maintain technical skills of the team members, provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:
