We are seeking a skilled Cloud Field Engineering Leader to join our team of cloud solutions architects. This role involves working directly with customers to design private and public cloud solutions that meet their workload needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of field engineers in the areas of presales and professional services.
- Solve customer problems by promoting our technologies and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Work remotely within a single major time zone.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback to team members.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, and more.
- Practical experience with Linux and networking.
- Proven track record in technical presales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Distributed work environment with bi-annual team sprints in person.
