This key role will be based in Sao Paolo, Brazil. As a Strategic Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing and deploying organizational effectiveness programs within targeted areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements and deploys strategic talent management initiatives that drive excellent business performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Leads the deployment of programs by coordinating across stakeholders, ensuring organizational readiness, building capability and driving adoption through scalable solutions.
  • Oversees the day-to-day administration of programs and related processes, ensuring strong operational execution, tracking and alignment with program goals, timeline and stakeholder needs.
  • Ensures development and analysis of program metrics to assess effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partners across stakeholders to gather input, build organizational capability and drive adoption and organizational buy-in of programs.
