Your responsibilities:
We seek a Lead Auditor with substantial experience in ISO 27001, IT Security, ISO 9001, and Auditing (ISO 19011); Design, develop, and implement IT Security Audits and Assessments as needed and according to the global internal Audit Plan. Evaluate and assess IT systems, controls, and procedures to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards and company policies, identifying any weaknesses or gaps in the implementation of IT controls and procedures for safeguarding information. Assess Siemens Healthineers IT Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, and any applicable standards and guidance documents specific to the audit target. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and MDSAP would be beneficial. Prepare Audit Reports/Presentations on findings for Auditees and communicate results to (Senior) Management. Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective measures and monitor progress towards compliance objectives. Provide guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols. Act as an authority on relevant regulatory and internal requirements, including their interpretation and application. Support incoming audits/inspections, liaising with external auditors and counterparts in various Business/Functions. Stay informed about emerging IT security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to continually enhance the organization's security posture.Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Willingness to work in a hybrid model. Proficient in English (you will be part of a global team). Essential knowledge of ISO 9001, MDSAP, and preferred ISO 13485. In-depth understanding of information security principles, best practices, and standards, particularly in IT environments. Strong analytical abilities to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses in IT processes and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with IT professionals and stakeholders. About us:
