Accounting Senior Professional

This role is for a public accounting professional seeking career growth and requiring independent judgment and decision-making on significant accounting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a multinational company operating under US GAAP and IFRS guidance, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis of financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the FP&A team.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries.

The successful candidate will be able to ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • English language proficiency at an intermediate level.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
Priorities:
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Degree in MBA or Postgraduate studies in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
