Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communications Insights Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining insights-driven capabilities, synthesizing data, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social listening, media monitoring, digital analytics, and performance measurement. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data-focused muscles, robust measurement setups, and champion the creation and adoption of insights across the organization.
  • Synthesize data, measure performance across social, media, and digital channels, and create compelling stories for brands.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordination between teams and deliver results that meet business objectives.
  • Act as an expert on stitching together social and media data to answer business questions in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Deliver market and brand-level analysis, leveraging business intel to incorporate considerations beyond data into actionable insights.
