Content Video Specialist

Reimagining industrial asset management, we develop innovative B2B SaaS solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. To achieve this, we require a strategic marketing approach that generates measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop content strategies, manage production workflows, and deliverables aligned with campaign objectives.
- Translate product narratives into engaging video concepts, overseeing the entire production lifecycle.
- Establish scalable systems of templates, assets, and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Define video KPIs per objective (awareness, education, conversion assistance): hook rate, retention, completion, CTR, assisted conversions/SQL influence.
- At least 3 years of experience in video production, preferably in B2B, corporate branding, or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end video creation: pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Advanced skills in video software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong project management skills: handling resources, timelines, and both studio and on-location shoots.
- Analytical mindset for defining and tracking video KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with Marketing, Growth, PMM, Sales, and Design teams.
