Strategic Account Manager Job Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by fostering long-term relationships and aligning customer needs with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring customer retention and growth by driving platform adoption and success.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment to meet customer objectives.
  • Lead impactful customer interactions, including demos and strategic planning sessions, to address business needs and maximize the value of our platform.
What We Are Looking For In A Candidate
  • 3+ years in an account management role or equivalent strategic roles (business development, partner management, product management, sales), preferably within a SaaS company focused on B2B solutions for SMEs.
  • Proven ability to navigate and align cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and manage complex projects.
