Job Opportunity

Are you a driven and tech-savvy professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services LATAM team at BEES. In this position, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and operational execution of key projects across markets and partners.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead technical delivery and execution of key products, manage end-to-end feature activation workflows, drive expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners, ensure operational excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage emerging technologies, and monitor KPIs and success metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery and execution of key projects.
  • Manage end-to-end feature activation workflows.
  • Drive expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners.
  • Ensure operational excellence through agile execution, scalable processes, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to optimize project delivery and customer success.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics across multiple workstreams and markets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in technical project management, ideally within digital platforms or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of integration flows, APIs, and enterprise system deployments.
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments, especially across LATAM.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI trends, automation tools, and scalable project delivery methodologies.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
