About the Role:

The Training Director at BSI is responsible for driving the company's training business growth in the Americas region. This involves achieving targets for revenues, margins, and profit KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a P&L for a training business, including sales, revenue, gross margin, and profit KPIs. They will also have business planning experience, including contract negotiation and portfolio management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategy to grow and shape the training business in the Americas region.
  2. Work with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive business growth.
  3. Manage a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training programs.
  4. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the training team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing a P&L for a training business.
  2. Business planning experience, including contract negotiation and portfolio management expertise.
  3. Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the e-learning and distance learning sectors.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills.
  5. Ability to work in a multi-functional environment and influence the priorities of colleagues.
