About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have technical depth, strategic foresight, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end automation at scale.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Champion software excellence and talent development by promoting strong SDLC practices, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
  • Lead automation use cases architecture using GenAI, API, D&A, collaborating with product managers, stakeholders across business units, and enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and maintain front-end (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, Node.js) layers that support GenAI workflows and agentic interactions.
  • Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and vector databases for real-time agent communication, tool execution, and memory handling.
  • Architect and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time and batch data processing, ensuring seamless data flow between GenAI services, databases, and user interfaces.
  • Deploy and scale services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, applying MLOps best practices for monitoring, versioning, and performance tuning of AI components.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work with AI researchers, product managers, and delivery teams to align technical execution with strategic goals.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud platform proficiency.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture design, scalability, and high availability.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native services, containerization, and serverless architectures.
