As a Senior Analyst in this field, you will play a key role in our Custody Operations team. This team is responsible for managing Citi DTVM liquidity and funding control function.
About the Role:
- Liquidity and Funding Processing: Execute processing related to Brazil Custody Operations efficiently.
- Productivity Growth: Formulate procedures, techniques, and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase productivity in Custody Operations.
- Control Gap Escalation: Escalate any control gaps or issues to senior management as needed.
- Settlement Cycle Control: Identify control gaps during settlement cycle and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risk or control losses.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify control deficiencies and resolve discovered issues through implementing procedures.
- Procedure Documentation: Ensure comprehensive procedures and documentation are in place across all processes performed.
- Team Support: Support and assist in the effective delivery of services provided by the area and take supervision in the absence of the manager.
- KPIs and Statistics: Support key stakeholders by providing relevant KPIs and statistics to drive business growth and risk control.
- Operational Efficiency: Increase operational efficiency by acting as a trusted advisor on Custody Operations matters.
- Program Design and Implementation: Work in partnership with Technology and the business to design and implement specific programs.
- Custody Operation Focal Point: Serve as a focal point with Markets team regarding day-to-day Custody Operation needs.
- Representative Role: Represent Custody Operations at key local industry working groups and regulatory forums.
- Audit and Compliance: Support Internal Audit, Compliance Assurance, and Regulatory reviews to ensure fair and accurate assessments and consistent outcomes.
- Adhoc Responsibilities: Perform adhoc responsibilities as assigned.
- Guidance and Training: Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower-level team members, as needed.
