Job Opportunity:

A dynamic position is available for a skilled professional to manage and implement monitoring tools. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for monitoring implementation
  • Develop custom scripts to meet their needs
  • Implement out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools
  • Analyze requirements and implement solutions based on customer needs and company standards
  • Manage monitoring tools effectively
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and shell script
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and RESTful API interaction
  • Hands-on experience with Azure PowerShell and ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM skills
  • Design, develop, and test scripts/automation modules for production systems using PowerShell and bash
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key skills include attention to detail, time management, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is also essential.
