HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our Global Lead Function team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

• Health, Safety, and Environmental Management
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• HSE Training and Awareness
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees and contractors have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain HSE training materials, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident reporting and investigation procedures.
• Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate HSE policies, procedures, and best practices to employees, contractors, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions.

• Education
  • Complete higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental) and post-graduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environmental.
• Experience
  • Desirable 5 years of experience in the role of Health Safety Manager or Environment Manager, desirable in construction site, or HSE Manager on civil works activities (BoP).
• Skills
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
