Job Title: Data Analytics Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex transformation initiatives across our LATAM operations.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs, including discovery, design, implementations.
  • Oversee Data & Analytics initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP B/4 HANA platforms.
  • Foster collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to align Data & Analytics solutions with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules and cloud platforms, with prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry being a significant plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Data & Analytics experience using SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B4/HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Proven experience in program management within Data & Analytics domains.
  • Experience managing Data analytics implementation on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as data source.
  • Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Based in Brazil.
  • Experience in the CPG industry is an advantage.
