Associate Client Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Ziff Davis, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day components of builds, issue mitigation, and proactive monitoring, while also developing client-facing skills to manage projects directly with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot customer-facing business and technical issues, drive issue escalation within TDS as needed, and communicate with Client or Client Services.
- Client Support: Participate in client meetings as requested, serve as a technical and project guide for clients during the build phase, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
- Monitoring: Proactively monitor foundational systems and triage anomalies and bugs, escalating within TDS as needed.
- Problem Solving: Help strategically address business, product, and technical challenges to help customers leverage TDS' 1st Party product, continuously expanding knowledge and application of new technologies to support client and customer growth.
- Project Management: Manage external and internal deliverables, ensuring that projects are progressing within defined timelines.
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent.
- Technical Program or Project Management experience a plus.
- Experience with JIRA, Figma, or SQL a plus.
- 1-2 years of enterprise-level, technology-related support or account management experience.
- Exceptional customer focus and bias for action.
- Adept at establishing and developing relationships cross-functionally.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Experience with data analytics, including applications like SQL, New Relic, and advanced Excel functions.
- Experience visualizing big data to demonstrate value and quality to customers.
- Self-motivated with a track record of appropriate urgency and follow-through.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with both clients and internal audiences, able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture.
