About Share People Hub

Share People Hub is a leading partner of ABI Growth Group, working in collaboration with AB InBev. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in Campinas, SP, in a hybrid work model.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions. The ideal candidate will identify and remove impediments, communicate project status to stakeholders, and maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to agile teams
  • Identify and remove impediments to team delivery
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Maintain product roadmap alignment
  • Raise and manage risk mitigation plans
  • Enable teams to improve through Lean and data-driven cycles
  • Follow technical releases and escalate problems to leadership
Requirements
  • University degree in computing-related fields (MBA/Master's a plus)
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Proven experience with Agile projects
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
