Em nossa equipe, você será responsável por liderar todas as áreas do hotel e garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente.
Responsabilidades:- Implantar e gerenciar equipes de suporte;
- Controlar custos e garantir a qualidade do serviço oferecido;
- Atuar na rotina operacional, planejamento, reservas e divulgação eficaz;
- Elaborar relatórios detalhados para o conselho diretor.
Requisitos:
- 2 anos de experiência como Gerente ou funções similares;
- Formação acadêmica não informada, mas habilidades práticas relevantes;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar segunda a sábado, eventualmente aos domingos;
- Desenvolvimento profissional contínuo e adaptação às mudanças.
